You need the following items to upgrade celestial cape:
2 Locked Seal
1 Magic Seal
4 Laktorerium Powder
Click NPC Refiner Odin to upgrade your Cape. It’s kinda expensive, but it has a 100% success rate. And the cape upgrade will be applied on both Celes and Soul char.

Transknight one of the best pvp because TK got high defense and also got high attack good for tanking mobs specially the hard one's

Foema magical type character and also good in pvp because of her mana shield that makes her hard to kill also good on pvp 1vs1

BeastMaster one of the best character for hunting because of his summon's when ever you cant tank the mobs your summon gonna do the job for you and sure you wont be killed that fast

Hunter is also good in pvp because of their evasion so hunter good less hit by character when your evasion is higher
